McGunegill  Sealed Engine Package Approved for ASA Midwest
'Equalizer Sealed Engine' Already In Action With Former Series Winner
8-26-10(Muncie, IN) McGunegill Engine Performance, the leader in Sealed Engine technology, is proud to announce that their Sealed Engine package has begun making its way into the highly competitive ASAMWT (ASA Midwest Tour). One of the top drivers, Jacob Goede from Minnesota, was the first ASAMWT regular to make the transition to the Sealed Engine package.

With only a couple races under his belt with the MEP ‘Equalizer Sealed Engine’ Goede has already proven that the engine package is on par with the current engines in the series.  Goede has remained toward the front of the ASAMWT field utilizing the MEP power, with a second quick qualifying effort and a top ten finish in the most recent event.

MEP has revolutionized late model racing with years of research, development, and race winning performance going into the Sealed Engine program.  With the overall goal of reducing an engine program’s burden on the budget of race teams, ‘Equalizer Sealed Engines’ have won pole awards, races, as well as championships across the country and internationally.  Races such as the Snowball Derby, Winchester 400, The Rattler, and the All American 400 have been won in recent years by the MEP ‘Equalizer Sealed Engine’.  With the ASAMWT being such a competitive series, MEP looks forward to the opportunity of providing “Power To Win”, while also easing some of the financial burden on teams, drivers, and owners.

The ‘Equalizer Sealed Engine’ package is built with either a Ford or GM nameplate, and was developed to provide superior race proven durability. An unheard of 1 year warrantee is included in the Sealed Engine package, and every engine built is dyno tuned and tested to the highest standards.
